The duration of each draw is clearly displayed on the draw page under the "Time Left" countdown. Most draws run for a week, but there are exceptions, so it’s good to check back often to see how much time is left to enter.

All prizes are sent by Canada Post (for Canadian winners) or United States Postal Service (for American winners) unless otherwise stated. All gift cards and prizes are mailed out the following week of the response date to allow time for response and mailing address corrections.

Royal Draw makes no guarantee on the delivery time or date for prizes. We make every effort to mail on time, however the delivery date is ultimately determined by the postal service.

Winners are selected randomly by a computerized draw. The more entries you have in a draw the better your chances of being chosen.

The Draw Picker is a way for you to vote for the brand you would like to see us feature a gift card draw for. The voting cycle for a new featured draw opens on Monday mornings, and closes on Sunday nights at midnight. The brand with the more votes when voting closes will be the featured as a draw the following Wednesday.

You have one vote per voting cycle, and can change your current vote as many times as you like by selecting a new brand until voting stops. Your current chosen brand will appear next to the winning brand at the top of the page. Because you only have one vote per cycle you can only receive 1 Royal Point a week from the Draw Picker.

The Royal Points rewards program awards users for their interaction with our sites. You can earn Royal Points for things like subscribing, entering draws, sharing draws and coupons, downloading printable coupons, voting in the Draw Picker, taking surveys and completing Offers.

You can check your Royal Points by going to the Points section of your Account, and you can redeem them for extra entries in the draws of your choice, or for great prizes from our Points Store. To find out how you can earn more Royal Points, please check out our Royal Points Section.

Once you unsubscribe you can continue to use the site and earn points.

The little red "P" means that by performing that action you can earn Royal Points. You earn Royal Points when you subscribe, buy a deal, enter a draw, refer new subscribers, take surveys, vote for upcoming draws and download printable coupons. The Royal Rewards system is our old rewards system that was replaced by the Royal Points system, and is no longer active. If you still have a balance remaining on your Royal Rewards please contact us and we’ll convert them into Royal Points.

Only the first referral link that someone clicks on before entering a draw will generate a reward for the person who sent it.

Yes, to earn Royal Points the person you referred a draw to must be a new subscriber who subscribes through the referral link you sent them. If you send a referral to an existing subscriber and they use it to access the site, you will not receive Royal Points.

The only comments we remove from the discussion board are comments that contain racism, prejudice, or political messages. Additional comments that may be deleted include those that indicate trolling, cyber bullying, or spamming.
